The pressure testing of containers using accurate pressure profiles is both complex and difficult to safely achieve. To date the majority of equipment on the market place uses air/gas pressure; which in the event of container failure can cause disastrous results.

Designed and built exclusively by CFP, the high pressure intensifier delivers fluid pressures up to 700 bar at a single stroke, the ideal choice for pressure testing of cylinders, valves, containers and vessels where pressure is of critical importance in the testing function and needs to be delivered with high levels of accuracy and stability.

Suitable for use with test mediums of oil or emulsions, the CFP intensifier is the ideal choice for pressure testing where absolute accuracy of pressure is of critical importance in the testing function. Producing controlled pressures steadily and smoothly without shocks or variances, with an accuracy of +-0.25% and smooth pressure change, you can precisely and safely check pressure at any point during the test cycle.

These units can be supplied built to your specifications within six weeks from date of order, either as single units or complete with power units as a fully working system. Paint finish is per customer specification and all build components are off the shelf, resulting in a rapid turn around from initial order to delivery, built to the highest standards and fully tested with a certificate of incorporation to BS EN 982: 1996 (Hydraulics). To ensure the pack and system run correctly, CFP also offer a complete installation, commissioning and service package.
